Return Policy
If for any reason you desire to return merchandise to Econo-Heat you may do so within 60 days of order for a product refund. All returns require an RMA number to be issued by Econo-Heat which must be arranged in advance. If the product is returned free from defects without the need to refurbish there will not be a restocking fee.
All products need to be inspected for shipping damage as soon as they arrive. There is a 28 day time frame in which damage claims can be filed with the shipping agent. All damage claims reported to Econo-Heat USA after this time frame has expired will not be honored.
A full product refund is conditional on the product being returned in an unmarked and unused condition with all accessories attached. A refurbishment fee may be levied for any products that are marked, abused and/or have missing parts. Products that are not returned in the original factory packaging and products that are damaged do NOT qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping and insurance on all product returns. During seasonal promotions where free shipping is offered, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order and are able to phone in this request before 5pm of the same day business day of the order, your order will be voided and no transaction fee will be charged. Orders that are cancelled after shipping has occurred will be treated per the 30 Day Return policy stated above. All returns require an RMA number to be issued by Econo-Heat which must be arranged in advance.
