If you need help with thermostat wiring or believe that your thermostat may be faulty please call the above number and speak with an Aube service technician before you call eheat, Inc. to request a replacement thermostat. If the technician troubleshoots the thermostat as faulty please call eheat, Inc. with this information for a warranty replacement.
