Finally there is a simple solution to hiding the electric panel heater cord! The Cord Buddy Recessed Receptacle allows for the receptacle to be hardwired to a 120volt thermostat and then the cord set to be plugged in and neatly tucked into a covered recess behind the corner of the panel heater. The double gang receptacle is wired just like a normal receptacle but allows for a larger recess area that can fit the entire cord and the panel heater cord switch as well. The Cord Buddy can also be used for panel heater installations where no hardwiring is desired. Just swap out an existing receptacle on the wall, mount the panel heater adjacent to it and hide away the panel heater cord set. The Cord Buddy is also a fantastic retrofit for other receptacles around the house. They have a locking latch for child safety to keep little fingers safe and they can be painted to match any decor
