The TH148 is primarily used for central heating /cooling systems, to increase efficiency and accuracy of temperature control. The unit has an input for telephone controller CT-240. These low voltage thermostats can also be used to hardwire envi wall mounted heaters if wired to a seperate 24volt/120volt relay. The relay is then hard wired to as many heaters as the relay has capacity for. If the relay is a 22amp relay then up to six (6) envi wall mounted heaters can be controlled. Each thermostat incorporates two types of regulation: proportional adaptive and conventional, and the heating cycles are programmable. The telephone controller input feature allows users to control their heating while they are away.
