If for any reason you desire to return merchandise to Econo-Heat you may do so within 30 days of order for a product refund. All returns require an RMA number to be issued by Econo-Heat which must be arranged in advance.
A full product refund is conditional on the product being returned in an unmarked and unused condition with all accessories attached. A refurbishment fee may be levied for any products that are marked, abused and/or have missing parts. Products that are not returned in the original factory packaging and products that are damaged do NOT qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee. During seasonal promotions where free shipping is offered, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
How and where do I send returns?
The steps to returning a product are as follows:
- All returns must be processed by first emailing rma@eheat.com or by
calling 281-516-1577 during office hours (9am to 5pm CST).
- Packages must be returned to the address below with the RMA # clearly marked on the shipping label. We suggest you also insure the shipment in case they are damaged in transit.

If you wish to cancel an order and are able to phone in this request before 5pm of the same day business day of the order, your order will be voided and no transaction fee will be charged. Orders that are cancelled after shipping has occured will be treated per the 30 Day Return policy stated above.
