I highly recommend your convection heaters. I live in a 111 year old uninsulated farmhouse in North Dakota. I purchased six heaters including three plug in thermostats. I cannot begin to emphasize enough the importance of giving each room you place a heater in the recommended 48 hour warm up time. Also, keeping the door closed so the temperature maintains the heat. Used correctly, these heaters are the greatest invention and use the least amount electricity of any other heater on the market today. Read the specs. I live where it goes well below zero and if it works for an old uninsulated farmhouse, imagine what it could do for your house.
