The actual heater is amazing. Heats entire 13x13 room quickly and with ZERO noise. Instrument works exceptionally on manual. The programming app and remote control software was not intuitive and took some time to discern how to program it. Once I did, it worked perfectly as well.
I have a small full bathroom on the Nor Cal coast. About 9' x 14' but with a sloped ceiling that goes from around 18' to 9' . The contractor had limited HVAC access during the build and we virtually had no heat in the room, always the coldest room in the house. This unit works great, no black soot on the wall and it can easily keep the room at 72 which is the setting I use. Impressed with the results and everyone loves it. Energy bill shows a minimal increase. I'll pay a few dollars more for the comfort.
I installed this in our lockout suite. It has exceeded my expectations. It is low profile and hardly noticeable in the room, it has no fan so makes no sound at all. It emits a nice radiant heat, so no hot, dry air, and it works so well. I only have it set to 63 degrees, but the room and en suite bathroom are comfortably warm now. It has safety features I wanted; control from cell phone, anti-overheat, and automatic turn on of temperature drops below 40 degrees to prevent pipes from freezing if we’re away. It was also easy to install. I would absolutely buy it again. (Great value for the price) .

We have an upstairs bathroom that unfortunately has 3 outside walls. Unless we turn up the whole upstairs heat it winds up feeling chilly and it’s worse on warmer winter days because the heat runs less. Enter Envi. We bought this unit to go out in the dormer. It’s out of the way and you hardly see it. We did need to hire an electrician because there was no outlet. That adds to the cost. We decided to do the hardwired unit so there is no visible cord. Plus, this model has WiFi and a night light that you can make any color. We keep it at 70 and the room feels completely comfortable. The unit will have an initial odor but it dissipates fairly quickly.

The dual-stack convection technology featured in the Envi was born out of years of research and development to find a solution to effectively and safely heat a room using the smallest possible, amount of electrical heating energy.
Dozens of heating methods were evaluated to fine tune the Envi heater, but eventually the answer was found in a naturally occurring phenomena called the "stack effect". This provided the basis for and eventually we won a patent for the final Envi heater design. Natural convection, fanless heating is enhanced by simulating multiple pathways, or “stacks,” inside the Envi heater. This technology boosts the flow of cool air from the floor of a room, into the unit, and maximizes heat transfer out the top of the heater. The resulting process creates a slow moving transfer of warm air around the room, effectively warming the occupants.
The result is a 100% pure convection, fanless heater that uses minimal energy but also effectively warms each room in a house or office - or any room or space for that matter!
