The Technology

The dual-stack convection technology featured in the envi was born out of years of research and development by Conservetec. We wanted to find a solution for effectively heating a room using the smallest possible, amount of energy.

Dozens of heating methods were evaluated to fine tune the envi heater, but eventually the solution was found outside the traditional heating industry. A naturally occurring phenomena called the "stack effect" provided the basis for the final envi heater design.  Fanless heating could be enhanced by simulating multiple pathways, or “stacks,” inside the envi.  This technology boosts the flow of cool air from the floor of a room, into the unit, maximizing heat transfer out the top.  The resulting process creates a slow moving transfer of warm air around the room, effectively warming the occupants.

The result is a 100% pure convection, fanless heater that uses minimal energy but also effectively warms each room in the house or office.

  1. Nice looking - throws a lot of heat!

Posted by Unknown on 30th Jan 2017

Very satisfied. It replaced a a very good(different brand) but noisy wall unit.I used the existing wall thermostat from the other unit. This sure does throw heat.2nd day using it. May by another but will be 110.

  2. Good replacement for space heaters.

Posted by Dave K. on 4th Dec 2016

I have installed 6 of the 220volt heaters in my basement rooms so far and just ordered 2 more to complete the living space in the basement. They are quiet and efficient. These are very good products that look good and work good for the price especially when they are on sale.

  3. satisifed

Posted by Chris on 15th Nov 2016

Bought 3 of these in 220 volt. One went in my 8 month old twins room. This Unit heats the room wonderfully. The drywall above seems to get warm, but the unit does not get hot. It works well as promoted. Will be keeping and eye on them but plan on buying two more for my other rooms. Definitely better than the old oil filled radiant heaters that we were using.

  4. Love the quiet heat.

Posted by Mike B on 28th Oct 2016

Had a King heater in one room that was getting way too hot. Worried about starting a fire. The wall above it was so hot it was turning the tongue and groove pine dark. Took it out and put the Envi in the same spot and wired right in and it runs off the existing thermostat Had it all done in less than an hour. Works like a dream and I no longer worry about fire in this log cabin. I love that it is quiet and safe. I plan to purchase a couple more for other rooms. I recommend these heaters to everyone.

  5. Envi Heater

Posted by Unknown on 29th Mar 2016

The only problem is that it is to high to fit where I wanted to put it. It would of been 20 inches high. I will still be able to use it. I just have to move my wiring to make it work. Do you have any with higher wattages. And some with lower wattages.

  6. Great option to replace forced air wall heaters

Posted by Unknown on 25th Feb 2016

Our home was heated by forced air wall heaters which were inefficient and expensive to operate. We replaced them with the 220 Volt hardwired model and are very pleased. We are enjoying the quiet (no more fans), and are now comfortable since the convection heaters keep the space at a more constant temperature. Our electric bill is already lower. The units are discreet and do not detract from the decor. We would recommend these heaters to anyone wishing to upgrade their heating system.

  7. Best heater and works great

Posted by Jeremy on 24th Feb 2016

This is the 3rd heater we have bought and installed. They work great and the fact that they are up away from the floor is so much safer for the kids rooms. We have noticed a reduction in the electric bill and our allergies. As a firefighter I have been to a few calls that were caused by items being on the old style baseboard heaters. No worries with these! Love them. Even recommend them to my parents and they love it as well. Love the new Stealth model just wish it was 220 volt.

  8. Very easy to install

Posted by Gary Torgison on 29th Jan 2016

It only took about 15 minutes to install over the old Cadet heater frame in the wall. I used existing 220v circuitry and wire nuts. Worked just fine with Cadet thermostat. So much quieter in the bedrooms to sleep. No fans and No complaints!

  9. very nice product

Posted by Unknown on 28th Jan 2016

It took me around 20 minutes to install and hardwire it. Im in love with the design looks so much better than my old baseboard.

  10. Fit our need perfectly

Posted by Jim Doura on 12th Jan 2016

I needed a heater to supplement the heat in our kitchen after we purchased a new stove which required us to remove the kick space heater under the old one. The remaining baseboard heater in the kitchen was insufficient. We did not have many options as to where we could add a heater. This Envi heater fit our situation perfectly. Was easy to install. I just added it to the wiring for the old heater. It runs off the wall thermostat and produces additional heat for the room.

  11. Great Heater

Posted by Unknown on 23rd Dec 2015

Installed during a bathroom remodel with limited space for an auxiliary heater. This heater fit the bill. Installed with the programmable thermostat so bathroom is nice and warm in the morning. My only criticism is I wish the directions had a diagram of the mounting and wiring of the heater with measurements. Since this was a remodel it would have bean easier to mount the electrical box and put in mounting blocks in the correct locations using measurements instead of a template.

  12. Good heaters

Posted by Dave K. on 3rd Dec 2015

My house has built in electric heat but when it gets to -20 here in Minnesota the basement bedrooms get really cool. The Envi heaters are a good efficient supplemental heat source.

  13. This is my 2nd one

Posted by Wayne S on 18th Nov 2015

Ordered another heater after installing one several years ago. Still in the process of preparing the room for the heater. Installation instructions are very good and the new locking mechanism looks like a good improvement.

  14. This is the quiet one.

Posted by Cheryle Bebow on 12th Nov 2015

Very simple to install. They look fantastic hanging on the wall. I like the safety shutoff feature. The best feature is Quiet, always told,"they are quiet", but they never are. This is actually quiet. I just ordered another one.

  15. The Perfect Pocket Heater that Replaces Cadet Heaters

Posted by Paul Carvalho on 10th Nov 2015

My house has no central heating system. It has Cadet heaters built into the walls of each room and they are about twenty five years old. Some of them are failing and all of them are very noisy with the fan turning on and off all of the time not to mention that my power bill doubles in the winter when these old Cadet heaters are running. I have replaced five of the old Cadet heaters with the Envi heaters that provide constant, quiet, regulated heat at half the cost of the old heaters!

  16. Just got around to installing these after ordering last April.

Posted by Unknown on 29th Jun 2015

It's 5 stars because of it's efficiency in heating a whole room economically.

  17. Good heater.

Posted by Vlad on 4th Jun 2015

Well made, look good, work well.

    Things I like:

    - convectional heat
    - quiet
    - slim
    - look very good on wall
    - on/off switch on each heater
    - easy to install, read below

    Few installation remarks:

    - 3 aluminum bolts on top of back panel leave traces on light paint - place some paper between heater and wall during wall hanging

    - hardwired model: under door for cable could be a bit bigger, and extensions for door screws a bit stronger (easy to break during cable fitting)

    - in wall wiring box should be used - there is no way to fit even single 14awg cable with connectors into the cable room (would be nice option)

    Bottom line:

    I would recommend these heaters.

  18. More energy efficient plus they have no fan!

Posted by Unknown on 3rd Dec 2014

I installed our first two a couple of weeks ago then purchased four more. Installation is very easy. I am replacing 220V fan-driven heaters wired to 220V in-line thermostats. I simply pull the old heater, then attach the wires to the Envi heater and use the existing thermostat. The Envi heaters are completely quiet and heat the rooms more evenly. They should are more energy efficient and have no fan.

  19. Seems to be doing a good job

Posted by Jaynee Weiss on 26th Nov 2014

We have put this in what is now a guest bedroom in the daylight basement. The old wall heater was noisy and very dusty. So far, this has fit the bill. We installed it utilizing the existing thermostat and it works well. While I'm not going to tell you that it will easily and quickly raise the temp from 50 - 70 in a matter of minutes, we DID notice a different immediately. No noise, attractive and relatively easy to install. Planning on painting it too.

  20. nice product

Posted by Unknown on 11th Oct 2014

after getting the hang of it, the heater installation was relatively easy.

worked like a charm from the first test of the heaters.
