Here at eheat, Inc., Home of the Envi Heater, we aim to give the highest level of customer service. We want you to feel at peace about calling us and speaking with a team member.

Team Members

We have many different positions of employment here at eheat, Inc., but we are all TEAM members. Why? Because we believe that every position in a company is important. 

Just like a sports team, at eHeat we firmly believe that "together we stand, divided we fall." If there is a selfish person on the team, then the whole show is about them and the team will lose. Our customer service is focused on ensuring that you feel understood and supported every step of the way!

Phone / Email

We genuinely enjoy helping our customers out and making them feel happy about their purchase. We answer the phone as quickly as possible and redirect you to experts that'll be able to answer any of your questions, no matter how specific. We know how awful it is to be stuck at the phone, waiting to get answers from a customer-service agent. We assure you that this isn't the case with eHeat; we respond to all of our customers in a timely, efficient manner. 

We are committed to responding to all emails within a maximum of 2 business days. Every question deserves a timely answer - and eHeat will ALWAYS respond. Part of producing a top-notch product is making sure our customers are completely satisfied, and our customer service is essential to making sure that this is always the case.

3 Year Warranty

All new Envi Heaters come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Now that's what we call customer care! If at any point your unit stops working, we will repair it. All you need to do is contact our office and request a warranty claim. We'll the unit back from you and repair it to a “like new” condition and ship it back to you - free of charge! If we cannot get the unit to a “like new” condition, you will receive a new Envi Heater. Though this is highly unlikely given the excellent quality of our products, we try to make sure you have peace of mind in all circumstances!

Convenient Supplementary Heat – I've purchased 7 of your 120v, plug in units in the past year. Two are used to supplement basement heating, four are used for winter heat source in a cottage to keep it about 45 to 50 degrees F when needed and the remaining unit is a spare. These units are very easy to install and function as advertised. One unit failed and I returned it as per instructions, it was repaired and returned to me as warranty service. I'm satisfied with this product and follow-up service.”
