The EHeat system and plug in thermostat have been a godsend. My sons room is in the far corner of the house with two exterior walls. The programmable thermostat takes all of the effort out Of the equation. Heat when you need it, shut off to save energy when no one is home. Perfect.
This thermostat is really easy to program, and works great! It comes with an energy saving program already installed, but should you require, it is easily modified. The thermostat can also be used with an air conditioner in cooling season. Very impressed, and pleased.

I have a room in my house which was built over an old patio. It wan't insulated as well as the rest of the house and it always seems to have a chill in it. The envi plug in heater and thermostat plug cured the problem. It adds several degrees to the room and keeps it consistent with the rest of the house.
We bought one timer to install on one of two Envi heaters in our living/kitchen area. First noted the heater didn't stay on very long and room was still cooler than set temp on thermostat. Then I realized the thermostat was in an outlet that was nearly touching the heater itself (space issues). When I moved the thermostat to the second heater, in an outlet that was at least 12 inches from the unit, the problem was solved. Now the unit comes on and off when it should, and the room has gets up to the set temperature before it shuts off. Great little thermostat for the price!
Bought two Envi heaters and PT300 programmable thermostats. Had used Envi heaters with manual thermostat the previous winter and they worked well, but was always checking the temperature setting. Added PT300 thermostat to each heater, set the daily program and let the equipment do the rest. Thermostat and heaters worked perfeclyt. Had to adjust daily program to increase heat level, but that was a comfort issue. PT300 thermostat worked as advertised.
